Yes, You can upgrade to the owned license at any time without reinstalling. You can purchase the owned license and enter the license key in your community license to unlock it. No need to reinstall any files. If you need to move to our eCommerce Hosted plan, contact us and we can help you migrate any files over to us.

If I purchase a license, do I get the license key immediately after payment?

Yes, you'll receive your affiliate software license key immediately after payment is made in the licenses section of your client account.

What Hosting Service Do I Get With the Hosted Plan?

We provide cPanel Powered Hosting Servers that make you manage your web site and online store very easy and efficiently.

How Much Space and Bandwidth Do I Get With eCommerce Hosted?

You get 10GB of Disk Space and 100GB of Bandwidth to use. Of course, you can upgrade disk space and bandwidth any time if you need it.

Can I use my own domain name for the eCommerce hosted version?

Yes, you can enter your own domain name or register a new one when signing up.

Do You Have Bigger Hosted Plans?

Yes, you can upgrade to bigger hosted plans from the client area at any time.

Do you charge for software updates?

We do not charge for eCommerce software updates for minor releases and fixes. Major version releases are included when renewing a support contract.

Where is Your Terms of Service and Refund Policy?

You can view our Terms of Service at the bottom of this page. We do not provide any refunds as our products all come with a free trial option. Please try it out first and see if you would like to use it. You can cancel at any time.

Can I edit the source code?

Yes, source code editing is allowed once you purchase a license. You can customize the software as you see fit.
