Editing Your Checkout or Membership Form Fields

JEM
allows you to show or hide the fields in our JEM forms. To customize
what fields show up on your checkout or membership registration form, follow these steps:

  1. Click
    on Design > Manage Forms.
  2. On
    the Checkout or Membership Form tab, you
    can change the form field names as well as enter default values. You can
    also specify the sort order and set whether that field is required.
  3. Once you are done, just save your form
If you want a dropdown field with multiple options, you can
set the dropdown options using the following example:
example_1|EXAMPLE
1,example_2|EXAMPLE 2

In this example, you would have a dropdown
field like this:
