To add a new theme in JEM, you must do the following:

1. login to your website via FTP.  If you don't have an FTP software installed on your computer, you can download Filezilla or WS-FTP from www.download.com
2. Once you are logged into FTP, navigate to /themes/main/ folder of your JEM installation
3. Upload your entire theme to that folder.
4. Once it is uploaded go to your JEM admin area and click on Design > Manage Themes
5. Click on the Add Theme button on the page.
6. Enter the name of the the theme's folder.  For example "beach_blue" if the name of your theme folder is "beach_blue"
7. JEM will verify if the theme exists and we'll add it accordingly.
8. You can now select the theme from your list of themes in JEM to use.
