How to edit the membership registration template
To edit the membership registration template, you will have to download the following file for editing:
/system/application/views/main/tpl_checkout_membership
We also recommend that after editing, you copy that file over to your /custom_templates folder within the theme that you are using so that it won't get overwritten in a future update.
/themes/main/YOUR_THEME/custom_templates/
This option will allow you to use the template override system in JEM to make sure that your customizations to templates remain in the future.
