To see Site Settings, go to Settings >> Global Configuration.

Site Settings is the first tab. Under it you will see the following.

store name - the name of your ecommerce store     
store description - a short descripton of your store    
default store keywords - default keywords to use for your store    
store email - email address used for system generated emails    
default country - default country to use for forms    
default language - default language to show on your store    
default currency - default currency values to use when calculating amounts    
default weight unit - weight unit to use when displaying products with weight    
store time format - time format using the standard PHP time format. please consult www.php.net/date. the default is: m-d-Y h:i:s A    
store address    
store city
store state   
store zip or postal code -  used for shipping calculation    
store country - used for shipping calculation    
store phone number

Once you have input your store's relevant information, click on 'submit'.
