To see your Admin Setting, go to Settings >> Global Configuration.

Admin Settings is the third tab. Under it you will see the following.

admin default language - the default language used in the admin area     
admin date format - date format in the admin area    
admin time format - time format using the standard PHP time format. please consult www.php.net/date. the default is:m-d-Y h:i:s A    
admin enable wysiwyg content - enable or disable the wysiwyg editor in the admin area for content    
admin enable hostip lookup - enable or disable the ability to show the city and country where the admin logged in from
