To Configure AlertPay as a Payment Gateway, follow these steps:

1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on Business Tools > IPN Setup
3. For the Alert URL, enter the following:
   
   http://www.yourdomain.com/jem_folder/checkout/ipn/products/alertpay
   
   Where www.yourdomain.com/jem_folder/ is the full path to your JEM installation
   
   
4. Click on Generate New for a security code if you want to use this feature.
5. Once you have saved your settings, copy the encrypted security code given by AlertPay
6. Save your Settings
7. Login to your JEM admin area.
8. Click on Settings > Payment Gateways
9. Click on the AlertPay link.
10. On the AlertPay Payments window, enter the following:
    • Module Name - the name you want customers to see when they select this payment option
    • AlertPay Email - your alertpay email account
    • AlertPay Form URL - If you need to change the URL, enter it here
    • AlertPay Currency Code - the currency code to use when making payments
    • AlertPay Security Code - the encrypted code given in your AlertPay alert URL area.
    • Enable Debug Email - If you want the system to send you debug emails to your security alert email address, enter the email here
