To add Custom Email Templates, go to Settings >> Email Templates.'

Click on the 'Add email template' link on the right hand side of the screen.

 

You will see the following tabs:

html email format - you can type in the content of your new email template in html format here
text email format - you can type in the content of your new email template in text format here
email options - which shows the following :

 

mail type :     pick the option of  html or text format
from name:     the name that will appear in the 'from' field
from email:     the 'from' email address
cc:    
bcc:    
description:    a short description of the email's function.
