Setting a Tax Zone for a Shipping Option
To add a tax zone for your shipping module
1. Go to >> Products > Manage Shipping
2. Choose the shipping module you want to modify and click
to edit details.
3. Set Use tax zone to Enable
4. Select Tax Zone from the drop down list.
5. Click submit
