To manage Countries, go to Products >> Manage Tax Zones

 

You will see on the left hand side of the page a Quicklinks column with the following expandable menus:

Manage Tax Zones - Add or Update Tax Zone

Manage Countries - Add or Update Country

Manage Regions - Add or Update Region

 

You may use the applicable Quicklink to add or update a Country.

To add a Country:

A pop up will appear with the following fields for you to fill:

country name - enter a name for your country
ISO2 - enter the ISO2 code for this country
ISO3 - enter the ISO3 code for this country

Once done, click on 'Submit'.

 

To update a Country:

Click on Update Country in the Quicklink menu, OR click on the edit icon in the actions column. The same pop-up will appear, and you can change the Country details there.

Once done, click on 'Submit'.
