Managing the Email Archive
JEM allows you to save all outgoing emails from the system in an email archive. To view and manage this archive, follow these steps:
- Click on Marketing > Mailing Lists > View Email Archive
- All emails will be listed here. You can delete each one, or check the box to mass delete emails.
- To view the email body, click on Settings > Global Configuration > Email > show email content on archive and queue list and enable this option. this will show the email body for each archived and queued email.
