Redirecting a Banner to a Custom URL

By default, JEM redirects all clicks on marketing tools to the JEM home page.  If you want a specific banner or marketing tool to be redirected to a different URL, let's say a product page directly, you can do that.

Just follow these steps:

1. Click on the Banner that you want to edit in Marketing > Affiliate Marketing > Banners
2. On the Banner Details tab, enable the option for Enable Custom URL Redirect and enter the URL you want to redirect to in Redirect Custom URL.
3. Save it.
4. Now, all users that click on that banner's code will be redirected to the URL you entered in the Redirect Custom URL field while still providing affiliate tracking behind the scenes.
