To create a blog style website, follow these steps:

1. Click on Design > Site Layout.
2. Under Default Home Page, select Content
3. Click Submit
4. Your home page will now show your content articles chronologically.

Adding Blog entries

To add blog entries, follow these steps:

1. Click on Content > Manage Content > Add Content.  The Add New Content area appears
2. Start typing up your blog entry.  Once you are done, click on the Options tab , and select Blog for the Content Type
3. You can also specify the Publish Date and Status  as well.
4. Enter some Tags for your blog entry.
5. Select the Category where you blog entry will be shown.  If you select Default, it will show up on the home page.
6. To notify the blog update services of your new entry immediately, select Now for the Notify Update Services option.  This will make your entry a bit slow after submitting it as JEM will try to notify each service right away.  If you schedule, JEM will send the notification using the set cron job for it.
