To add to your terms and conditions pages, follow these steps:

1. Click on Content > Manage Content > Add Content
2. Enter your privacy policy details through the HTML editor
   
3. Click on the Options tab and select the Blog option for Content Type
4. Select Terms and Conditions  for the Category.
5. Save it.
6. You  can view your terms and conditions pages via the following link:
   
   http://www.domain.com/jem/content/view/tos
   
   (make sure to change www.domain.com/jem to your JEM installation URL)
