To add a Discount Group,go to Members >> Manage Discount Groups.

In the new page that will appear, there is a default Discount Program which must not be deleted. Click on the 'add discount group' button on the right hand side of the screen.

A pop-up will appaear with the following fields:

Status - active or inactive

discount group name

discount group amount  - you may enter an discount amount for this group to get everytime they purchase from your store.

use percentage - if you you want to apply a set percentage to calculate the discount for the members of this group.

 

Click 'Submit'. Your new Discount group will be added.
