To enable mass editing products via a tab-separated file, follow these steps:

1. Click on Settings > Data Import.  If the Mass Edit Products Data Importer is not installed, click on Install Import Module
2. On the Modules page, click on Install Module on the top right area.
3. On the install module window, copy the following:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Submit.
   
5. Once the module is installed, you must enable it.  Browse the modules list and click on the status icon for the Mass Edit Products module.
   
   
   
   
6. Once it is enabled, you should see it in the Data Import area:
   
   
   
   
7. To create a mass update import file, you can first do a data export of your products via Settings > Data Export > Export Products.  This will give you the correct product data to edit.
